End of the World 2012 (12.21.12)

Today is 12.21.12 ( December 21, 2012)

Do you think the world will end today?

No one really knows the answer to this question!

I think some people just misunderstood the Mayans.  Who are the Mayans? The Maya is a Mesoamerican civilization, noted for the only known fully developed written language of the pre-ColumbianAmericas, as well as for its art, architecture, and mathematical and astronomical systems. Initially established during the Pre-Classic period (c. 2000 BC to AD 250), according to the Mesoamerican chronology, many Maya cities reached their highest state of development during the Classic period (c. AD 250 to 900), and continued throughout the Post-Classic period until the arrival of the Spanish.

The Mayan calendar moves in cycles with the last cycle ending in December 2012.  This is why some people think that December 21, 2012 is the end of the world.

According to a professor at the University of Texas at Austin, “the Maya never, ever, said anything about the world ending at any time — much less this year. “So, it’s sort of bizarre to be living through this time right now, when so many people seem to be worked up.”

I, myself don’t think that someone could have predicted the end of the world.  People just want to create a problem! We should all just relax and enjoy life.  Why worry about something that will not happen? or If it happens, so what? Anyway, we all die at our own time! The best way to deal with this kind of thing is just to live life to the FULLEST!  Live like it’s the End of the World. No regrets!

Let’s all have A LIFE WELL LIVED!
